PLEASE NOTE: This portal is owned and operated by Ozedi Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 47 167 142 672) (“we”, “us” or “our”). Your access to and use of this portal is subject to these terms and conditions, the Ozedi Privacy Statement and any other terms and conditions, notices or disclaimers displayed on this portal from time to time (“Terms”). 1. REGISTRATION
1.1 We may require you to register with us in order for you to access and use some parts of the portal.
1.2 Where you register with us, you must keep your registration details (including any passwords) confidential. You will be responsible for any access to or use of the portal using your registration details, even if the access or use is by another person.

2.1 You must not, or enable any other person to, use the portal:
(a) for any activity which is unlawful, infringes a third party’s rights or privacy, or is contrary to any relevant standards or codes; or
(b) in any way that interferes with the proper functioning of the portal or any other person’s use of the portal.

3.1 You are responsible for the accuracy, integrity and completeness of any data and information you submit, transmit or otherwise make available to us or via the portal (“Data”). For any Data that we store in connection with the portal, we may delete such Data from the portal after 12 months unless we agree otherwise with you. We recommend that you regularly back-up your Data.
3.2 You acknowledge and agree that any data and information you submit, transmit or otherwise make available to us or via the portal, may be disclosed to and used by:
(a) your superannuation fund(s) and other third parties as nominated by you; and
(b) other third parties in accordance with any applicable laws.
3.3 You acknowledge and agree that we may monitor and audit access to and use of the portal (including your Data) at any time in order to:
(a) perform any maintenance on the portal which we consider necessary; and
(b) determine whether you are complying with these Terms.

3.4 You acknowledge that some information provided by us or passed through the portal is obtained from third party providers (such as the Australian Taxation Office), and may not be accurate, suitable, complete or up to date. As a result, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not represent or warrant that the information on the portal or any information passed through the portal is accurate, suitable, complete or up to date.

The links are provided solely for your convenience and we do not endorse the sites or the information, products or services provided at those sites. You access those sites and use the information, products and services made available at those sites at your own risk.
4. SECURITY
4.1 Although we use reasonable care and skill in providing the portal, we do not guarantee:
(a) the security of the portal, any systems (including the internet and your equipment and software) used to access the portal, or any data and information passed through such systems; or
(b) that the portal will be continuously available or virus or fault free.
4.2 You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures within your own systems, including backing up your Data.
4.3 You must notify us as soon as you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of the portal, or if your registration details have been compromised.

5.1 If you purchase services from us using the portal, additional terms and conditions will apply (including service charges).

6.1 We may suspend, terminate or limit your access to and use of the portal at any time if, in our reasonable opinion:
(a) you breach any of these Terms;
(b) you provide any information which is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete; or
(c) the security of the portal or your account has been compromised.
7. LIABILITY
7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability, loss or damage incurred by you arising from or in connection with your access to and use of this portal. For any liability which cannot be lawfully excluded, but can be limited, we limit our liability (at our option) to resupplying the portal or associated services, or paying for the cost of resupplying the portal or associated services, as the case may be.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
8.1 All intellectual property rights in the portal and the technology used to provide the portal are licensed or owned by us and will not be transferred to you under these Terms.
8.2 You must not copy, reproduce, adapt or otherwise infringe our intellectual property rights in, any part of the portal or the technology used to provide the portal.
8.3 You grant us a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free and transferable license to use, reproduce and modify your Data for the purposes of providing the services associated with the portal.
9. GENERAL
9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place and the courts of appeal from them.
9.2 We may change these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version. By continuing to use the portal you will be deemed to accept the updated Terms and agree to be bound by them.
9.3 If any provision of these Terms is held by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision (or part thereof) will be ineffective and the remainder of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
